Specializing in Integrative Mental Health
My comprehensive training and experience in Biological Science, Psychology, Counseling and Mind-Body Medicine utilizes a holistic case conceptualization while implementing integrative techniques to bring harmony to Mind, Body, and Spirit for the purpose of psychospiritual healing, empowerment & transformation. These interventions include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Guided Relaxation & Meditation, Breath & Posture Work, Expressive Arts Therapy, Nature Therapy, Health Coaching, Imaginal Exposure Therapy for PTSD & Shamanic Healing. I am driven toward providing care with the assumption that clients are wise, empowered individuals capable of being their best self-care providers. As a highly driven individual with a remarkably diversified skillset, I am dedicated to applying my skills and expertise toward empowering and preserving all life on Earth.
My experience is quite broad, although I have particularly extensive experience in treating co-occurring addiction and mental health issues with a holistic harm-reduction approach. I also specialize in utilizing an integrative framework of the most cutting edge integrative psychotherapies, mindfulness & meditation, life coaching and mind-body medicine.
I am one of the few therapists in the area studying mind-body medicine and integrative mental health at the doctoral level. I use powerful techniques which allow for deep exploration, healing, and transformation, without medication or condescending tactics. This is the NEW mental health & wellness paradigm.
Sauda Welch, LGPC
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a specialization in Mindfulness Based Therapy. Working from an existential and humanistic viewpoint, I believe everyone has the capacity to live an abundant and fulfilling life through self-awareness and personal choices. I assist my clients in identifying and confronting the aspects of their lives that keep them from self-actualization.
In practice, I use many therapeutic tools to help integrate and align mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of my client’s lives. Some of the techniques I use include meditation and relaxation scripts, Chakra balancing, Shadow healing, and journaling. With these tools, I hope to help my clients define their own life story to see the world in a new and beautiful way.

Michael Vostal, LGSW
Clients I work with find themselves seeking more in their relationships, careers, and personal lives. Their symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety have become hard to manage and they are looking for the skills and guidance to create the life they have always wanted. They are looking for a new way to find the happiness they seek, leaving behind the old limitations of what is possible
Whether you are navigating a major life transition or managing ongoing symptoms, as your clinician, I will work collaboratively with you, empowering you to make the changes you want to see in your life. Through mindfulness-based techniques, it is possible to heal—mind, body and soul. Our sessions would be highly collaborative, focusing on helping you cultivate and follow your inner wisdom.
I look forward to connecting—getting to know you and your goals. It is possible to wake up every day, excited to live the life you created; my goal is to help you embrace that truth. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Gomes integrates modern, trauma-informed behavioral science, art therapy, and mindfulness and breathing techniques, to help balance the mind, body, and spirit, and create transformative healing experiences.
"With my background in science and experience with diverse clients, I have come to understand how powerful the mind is. Biology is not fixed and by having new experiences, the brain and body can rewire, creating lasting change. Therefore, there is much power in the here-and-now. Empathy and supporting the individual holistically, can help to heal one's past, and allow for a deeper understanding of one's unique self, to create a more fulfilling future."
