Spiritual Life Coaching sessions are for those who are interested in cultivating spiritual growth and strengthening their personal spiritual practice for the purpose of deepening and breaking through to their highest self. The focus of the work is to connect with the soul. It is soul work.

Sessions are personalized based on the needs and goals of each person. The way I work is spirit guided which means that I allow my spirit guides to guide and direct me in choosing the best spiritual tools and methods for your optimal spiritual growth and development.
The first thing to understand about the experience of spiritual life coaching with us is that you will be doing soul work. You will be looking at the parts of your life that need attention and approaching your work from a spiritual perspective that takes you into the inner world of the soul. You will learn to listen to your soul and use the wisdom of the soul to guide you and help you heal yourself and your life.
We use many aspects of deep spiritual practice to assist you on your spiritual journey. Spiritual intuitive readings, energy work, universal spiritual laws and principles, character development, meditation, prayer, connection with the natural world and earth elements, holistic integration, and soul journeying are just some of the methods we will explore to help you connect with the higher wisdom you need in order to embrace your true self. This inner connection is essential so you can consciously integrate with your authentic self and learn to steer your life from that foundational part of your being. You will learn to let go of false thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors so that you can start attracting and creating the life you want. Our ultimate goal together is to help you release what is hindering you from living your best life and learn how to work in conjunction with your soul's purpose and heart's desire.
